A decade of experience crafting distinctive, trusted, local content.

A founding member of food site CHOW/Chowhound (acquired by CBSi in '06),  I spent 8 years building the site into a robust online presence (that 10M people visited a month).

This is probably the happiest man you'll see today.

A short documentary I produced for the site, The Soda Pop Obsessive, was nominated for an Emmy Award in 2010.

In 2013 I joined Scripps Networks to help build their first video-first initiative,, experimenting with how to get online viewers more engaged with the shows they loved from the Food Network, HGTV, and the Cooking Channel. The site averaged 3M views just 6 months post-launch.

Hands-on Startup Experience

Starting in 2014, I worked at exciting, rapidly evolving early-stage startups focusing on mobile technologies and marketplace economies.

Starting in 2016, I spent a year as the Director of Content at "the Airbnb of RVs," where I built the company's first local content initiative (and drove an RV on CNN).

Connecting People with the Neighborhood They'll Love

I joined Trulia, the real estate company focused on neighborhoods, in July 2017. As Content Marketing Manager, my job is to seek out and bring to life neighborhood stories that resonate with people in the early stages of their homebuying journeys. I'm honored to work at a great company whose mission is admirable: Building a more neighborly world by helping people discover a place they'll love to live.

My side passion project is the mental health wellness website Beautiful Voyager. Part marketplace, part blog, part online community, averages 20K visitors a month with hundreds of members in 16 countries around the world. It was voted one of the best Anxiety Blogs of 2018 by Healthline. Subscribe to the newsletter.

I also serve on the Board of a design-centric urban bathhouse called SOAK coming soon to Mission Bay.
